SOUTH ASIAN LEADERS UNITE TO EMPOWER

Making South Asian
leadership the norm.

01 / OUR PURPOSE

Access.
Visibility.
Connection.

South Asian leadership should not be the exception. We are building the relationships and infrastructure to make it a norm.

SALUTE is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and curated private professional network. We bring South Asian women and allies together across industries and generations to build meaningful relationships, share expertise, and open doors for one another.

Access, curation, and connection are the principles SALUTE is built on. Members and allies share expertise, make introductions, and champion one another. These relationships continue beyond any one gathering.

ACCESS

To people, perspectives,
and opportunity.

VISIBILITY

For leadership that
deserves to be seen.

CONNECTION

Built on trust.
Designed to last.

A PERSPECTIVE FROM OUR COMMUNITY

“SALUTE is building a community of South Asian executive women that, as I shared my own career and life journey, reminded me that it would have been amazing to have that earlier in life.”
Neela MontgomeryCEO of Orveon Global · Former CEO, Crate & Barrel · Former President, CVS Health

02 / HOW IT COMES TO LIFE

One mission.
Many ways to move it forward.

Intimate conversations. Shared expertise.
Leaders opening doors. Recognition that lasts.
Our programs work together, not in isolation.

A gathering of the SALUTE community

INTIMATE, INTEREST-LED GATHERINGS

On the Table

Thoughtfully curated dinners and conversations built around shared interests, with space for every person to contribute.

Anyone can sit at a table. What matters is what we put on it, the ideas, experiences, and questions that make an exchange meaningful.

Shared interests. Meaningful exchange.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE COMPANIES

OUR ROLE IN THE BIGGER PICTURE

A connected ecosystem.
Greater possibility.

SALUTE serves as the connective tissue across the ecosystem, building leadership infrastructure that brings accomplished leaders together and connects them to the broader network. Changing who leads cannot happen within one network; it requires organizations working together to open doors, expand access, and multiply opportunity.

Visibility→Access→Opportunity→Shared action
